GOOD QUESTIONS

A few things to know.

Straight answers before you plan your crew.

What is labor-only moving?

You arrange the truck, trailer or container. Just Moving Labor provides hands-on help such as loading, unloading and furniture moving. In-home projects may not need a vehicle at all.

Can you supply the moving truck?

A truck is not included in labor-only service. If you need transportation, mention it in your request so the team can discuss a separate moving option.

Can you load a portable storage container?

Yes, you can request container loading or unloading. Confirm its delivery window and where it will be placed before scheduling labor.

Can you pack and unpack too?

Yes. Include which rooms need help and whether you already have boxes, paper, tape and other supplies. Materials are quoted separately.

How many movers should I request?

It depends on the pieces, access and amount of work. Two movers are a common starting point for paired furniture handling; larger and specialty items need review. The team confirms the crew plan.

Can you move furniture without leaving the house?

Yes. Furniture rearranging and moves between rooms or floors are available to request. Share the item list, stairs and destination rooms.

Are you available in my town?

Use the town finder across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York and Maine. The team confirms the requested date, crew and travel details for the address.

Does submitting a request book the crew?

No. A request starts the conversation. The team reviews your project and confirms the estimate and appointment before anything is booked.

How do I prepare?

Have the truck or container ready, pack loose items, clear the route and keep the items you are taking personally separate. Read the moving guide for a practical checklist.
